To all Christians and Love Legend's friends, fans, and participants. This is the dawning of a brand new day. The reason I address Christians and Love Legends in the same breath is because in reality we are one and the same person. A Christian is one who follows Jesus Christ and/or the Word of God and a Love Legend is one who Loves to listen and dance to Doo Wop, Blues, and Old School music. I believe it is absolutely clear that an individual can do both. However, if one does not choose to participate in one or the other, he/she will not be discriminated against. There is enough love to go around.
I am encouraged to start this message off with the good news of my book, "The Quinn Harris Story". There are certain people keeping me busy with book signing and speaking engagements. Most of these engagements will be posted on this website. The late breaking news regarding the concerts at 'Mi Hacienda" will also be posted. This newsletter will start to be up dated biweekly. The “Quinn Harris” story is about choices. Choices regarding your
education, your career and your spiritual walk.
In your quest for an education, it is very important to get a good
foundation. It will be very difficult to excel in middle school if you
did not learn the basics in elementary school. This trend will continue
until you are able to correct it sometime before attending college. The
secret is for the parent and/or the teacher to make learning one of the
most exciting adventures the child will ever experience.
When choosing a career, you must make sure that your choice is best
suited for your personal skills. Remember the cliché, “find a job you
like and never work a day in your life.” This old adage should help you
choose a career. For example, do coaches, musicians, teachers, or
preachers, really have a job or do they have a passion?
Choosing your spiritual walk may be the most important decision of all.
Everyone will have to choose how they would like to spend their days on
Earth and their existence in the after-life.
The “Quinn Harris” story is an excellent example of the things you
should do and the things you should not do in order to have a positive
impact on your immediate family and the world. The ultimate decision as
to what is good/bad and/or right or wrong will determine your success or
failure on planet earth.
You must always remember that God made the world. This means that He
can do anything, for anyone, at any time. If this book is about choices,
then doing God’s will should be your first and last choice regarding
everyday decisions. I hope the Quinn Harris story will help you make the
